We want Pack-Paws products to arrive as described and fit the travel use case shown on the product page.

Before requesting a return

Please review the product page, size information, and fit notes before checkout. Pet travel gear can vary by pet size, vehicle layout, and airline requirements.

Order issues

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the product page, email support@pack-paws.com with your order details and photos so we can review the issue.

Return condition

Returned items should be unused, clean, and in original condition unless the issue is damage or fulfillment error. Final return instructions will depend on the product and order status.
