Start with the travel moment. For car rides, check seat width, anchor points, and whether your pet needs a cover, liner, or booster-style support. For air travel, check your airline's current cabin rules and measure your pet while standing and lying naturally. For walks and stroller use, consider terrain, storage, ventilation, and how long your pet will be inside the gear.
Do you guarantee airline approval?
No single store can guarantee approval for every airline, aircraft, route, and staff decision. Use our product measurements as a starting point, then confirm the latest rules directly with your airline before travel.
Where can I find fit guidance?

Shipping and delivery
Where do you ship?
Available shipping destinations and delivery methods are shown during checkout. If a destination is unavailable, contact support@pack-paws.com before placing an order.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery estimates depend on product availability, destination, carrier service, and checkout method. After checkout, use your order confirmation and any tracking updates to follow the shipment.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you notice an address issue, email support@pack-paws.com as quickly as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started.

Returns and support
What if the product does not fit my pet or vehicle?
Contact us with your order number, product name, photos if useful, and the fit issue. We will review the case under the current Refund Policy.
What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
