We want Pack-Paws products to arrive as described and fit the travel use case shown on the product page.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the listing, contact us through the store contact page within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Eligible resolutions may include replacement parts, a replacement shipment, store credit, or a refund depending on the issue and product condition.
Items that have been heavily used, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior contact may not qualify for a refund.
